Sr. Process Analyst will develop technical materials, such as process methods and procedures and job aids, for the BSDO internal audience.
Job
Responsibilities:
Works with internal customers and various subject matter experts (SMEs) to produce technical content that documents service delivery process.
Writes new content and makes changes/edits to existing content.
Develops end to end Visio flow charts outlining process, handoffs, and systems used for each process step. Ability to collaborate and translate business objectives into tangible technical content for skill development at all levels.
Organizes content into single content management system.
Demonstrates excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively and comfortably with all levels within the businesses.
Identifies opportunities for process improvement and assist with implementing improvements.
Forecasts and meets project deadlines and budgets. Takes the initiative to report on project status.
Manages all phases of content development projects, including needs assessment, affected deliverables, and timelines, content management and development, review schedules, and release activities.
Ability to use Excel, PowerPoint, Visio and Microsoft Project to track and communicate program status.
Ability to lead conference calls and meetings to provide status of program.Basic
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business, Engineering, Communications or related fieldorequivalent experience
Strong communication (oral and written), customer service, interpersonal, organizational, problem solving and team work skills
Strong computer skills with Excel, PowerPoint and VisioPreferred
Qualifications:
PMI Certification
Strong computer skills with Microsoft Project
