Lead in the team effort to design, develop, code, test and debug new complex software or significant enhancements to existing complex software using knowledge of JAVA, J2EE, Spring, Tomcat, ServiceMix, Web Services (CXF or Axis), OSGI, Weblogic, Eclipse, BEA Tuxedo, Jolt, Log4J, ANT, Maven, JUnit, and Oracle, Unix, Solaris, Linux. Lead review of input for documentation of new or existing software. Apply existing and introduce new and approved technologies to develop solutions. Lead others in the application of principles, theories and concepts and use of methodologies, tools, documentation processes and test procedures to complete projects. May lead team to select and manage vendor.
Working knowledge of JAVA, J2EE, Spring, Tomcat, ServiceMix, Web Services (CXF or Axis), OSGI, Weblogic, Eclipse, BEA Tuxedo, Jolt, Log4J, ANT, Maven, JUnit, and Oracle, Unix, Solaris, Linux.
Any suitable combination of education, training, or experience is acceptable.
Master of Science degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or closely related field, or Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a closely related field, or the equivalent and at least five years of progressive software development experience.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
