As the primary provider of timely resolutions, this person will need to possess strong technical skills and the aptitude required to identify and address critical issues.
As a seasoned team member, this person will be expected to contribute towards the team''s continual process improvement.

Bachelors degree or equivalent education and relevant experience. 6
years related experience.
Proficient in Software Development Process, Quality Center/Application Lifecycle Management, Testcase tools, Requirements tools (Caliber), and Scripting (Java, XML etc).
