We do things differently and we''re proud of it! We train our staff to make sure every guest is just as happy when the walk out the door as they were when they entered our restaurant. We make the same effort with our own staff and Managers as well. We feel if you treat everyone fairly, success is not too far behind. It starts with making each guest feel as comfortable as if they were at home and entertaining them as if they were a guest in ours.
We have a few dozen locations across the country and are looking for a Restaurant Manager at our Monroe location. With 15-20 new restaurant openings on the books for the next 18 months, we are growing aggressively when other companies have either stopped growing or contracted. Because of our growth, there is excellent advancement opportunities from within!
REQUIREMENTS
2-3 years of current Full Service Restaurant Manager experience
High Volume Background; must have experience managing restaurants doing over $2 million in sales per year
A stable work history; no more than two
jobs
in the previous five years
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to build sales and rapport in the
community
Hands-on with hiring, training, and developing hourly employees
