Responsibilities:
o Assist students with FAFSA and LOSFA application submissionso Monitor student awards for accuracyo Counsel and advise students regarding state funded awardso Award, revise and cancel state funded aid, as neededo Evaluate reports to ensure accuracyo Manage and reconcile state fund payments/disbursementso Report grades to LOSFAo Communicate with students regarding missing documentationo General problem-solving of Banner and Banner reportingo General problem-solving of student aid issues, as neededo Other duties as assigned by the Director.Required Education:
Bachelor's Degree, or a minimum of three years of experience in federal and state regulations governing student financial aid. Individual must have exceptional interpersonal skills for working with a diverse student population. Experience with working in an integrated student information system, preferably Banner. This position requires exceptional organizational skills, and oral/communication skills. The ability to work accurately and prioritize deadlines is a requirement.
