Our salespeople are empowered to make key decisions impacting sales for customers in their assigned territory.
Selling to existing & new Central Oil customers in assigned territory Assesses competitors by analyzing and summarizing competitor information and trends; identifying sales opportunities.
Develops sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts; soliciting new accounts; building rapport; providing product, vendor & technical information and explanations; preparing quotations & bids.
Closes new accounts by outbound marketing & inbound telephone, fax, and e-mail inquiries.
Completing orders by processing orders to operations; communicating expected delivery date; explaining out of stock.
Develops accounts by checking customer's buying history; suggesting related and new items; explaining technical features, enrolling & explaining vendor promotions.
Maintains and improves quality results by following standards; cross-referencing products.
Updates job knowledge by studying new product descriptions; participating in webinar & vendor educational opportunities.
Specific responsibilities include:
Creating and executing a territory sales plan that meets or exceeds stated revenue and profit targets.
Help optimizing call routes to maximize delivery time and overall efficiency.
Regularly making contact with customers in sales territory to understand their evolving industry trends/ project needs.
Educating customers on COS products, services, equipment Identifying and pursuing new customer opportunities in assigned territory.
Building long-term, productive, and mutually beneficial relationships with new & existing customers.
Being regularly available and responsive to customers' real-time needs.
Identifying and executing local marketing activities to enhance local presence and grow sales.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
