Monroe, LA DESCRIPTION The Sales Coordinator (Support, Sales, Rental) is a fast paced, high pressure, challenging position that works closely with multiple departments in order to develop and maintain the sales and service relationships with customers.
JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES may include, but are not limited to:
Make phone calls to customers to sell support, services, and solutions.
Answer calls and assist customers with counter sales and inquiries; process orders while providing world class customer service Maintain inventory levels Open, review, and close invoices REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS Basic math skills including computing rates, ratios, averages, fractions, and percentages.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
REASONING ABILITY Demonstrate critical thinking in their ability to define complex problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
Must be able to develop routine protocols as well as identify when the routines do not apply in a specific situation and handle exceptions as needed.
Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
COMPUTER SKILLS Solid computer skills including Microsoft Office suite.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS Valid driver's license and good driving record.
TRAVEL Up to 25% PHYSICAL DEMANDS The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
