Job Duties and
Responsibilities:
I.
LEADERSHIP AND TEAM BUILDING Recruit new team members.
Train, mentor and help develop all team members in order to achieve highest level of individual and team performance Work in the office and in the field with all staff to evaluate and improve business recruitment and customer service skills Manage and direct the effective performance of the administrative department in creating and maintaining accurate customer records, contracts, billing, receipts and customer service requests.
Evaluates performance, makes compensation recommendations, and administers disciplinary actions consistent with company policy.
Hold weekly meetings of all supervisory personnel to review goal completions, set new goals, and solve problems that affect the smooth operation of your branch.
Organize occasional branch events to build a strong team mentality and foster branch unity.
Maintain high standards in branch operations in regard to ethics, honesty, integrity, and professional conduct.
Use Effective leadership skills to keep branch morale high and employee turnover low.
Never condone, in any way, the use of alcohol or illegal drugs in the work environment and enforce any company and district policies in this regard.
Maintain the work environment in a clean, neat, orderly way with extreme care given to all aspects of safety in the work place.
Take direction and supervision from upper management in pursuit of goals, policies, and problem solving.
II.
MONITORING, MANAGING AND ENFORCING COMPLIANCE Enforce and ensure state regulatory compliance and safety application standards are met or exceeded.
Inspect job site area for treatment preparation according to state protocol and according to label and law requirements.
Assure treatments are compliantly applied to or around structures as scheduled and according to manufacturer instruction.
Write in a neat and legible fashion to document any findings after physical evaluation is completed using proper forms and documents according state specifications and regulations.
Interface with branch service scheduling and routing to ensuring pest tech routes/treatments and termite routes/treatments are successfully and thoroughly completed.
Complete or oversee daily check-ins.
Evaluate performance of pest and termite technicians according to internal company inspection quality assurance protocols.
Review production reports.
Monitor GPS reports and service tickets to assure time and performance compliance.
Follow up on new start and termite completions.
Follow up and assure renewal completions.
Write in a neat and legible fashion to document any findings after physical evaluation is completed using proper forms and documents according to office and work flow procedures Enforce dress codes.
Enforce incentivized programs to assure profit, business growth, and minimize cancellation.
III.
ENHANCE PROFITABILITY Enhance profitability of branch through supply management Reviews production costs, service quality, and inventory control programs to maintain and enhance profitable operations Manage, issue and maintain inventory levels of pest control and termite products and as well as required vehicles and servicing equipment Maintain tight chemical controls to avoid waste and overuse.
Develops procedures to minimize customer complaints and retain customers.
Use effective planning and management skills to implement budget requirements in pursuit of growth and profit goals.
IV.
CUSTOMER SERVICE, SATISFACTION, RETENTIONS Performs quality control audits to inspect and evaluate service in a proactive, quality assurance branch auditing role.
Positively interact with team members, managing supervisors and CSR personnel as required to assure job instructions and daily routes are well defined and communicated to all parties involved.
Follows up on customer complaints and communicates/negotiates with customers to reach a satisfactory resolution of the assessed problem.
Maintain a properly trained service and office staff capable of servicing our customers in a professional and timely manner.
Complete proper check-ins daily with all necessary parties.
Manage and supervise all aspects of Branch operations (which include:
Sales, Service, Clerical, Personnel, Expense Control, Safety, and Maintenance programs) in accordance with local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
Perform technical duties to assist the branch such as visually inspecting for pests and providing accurate diagnoses and using application equipment, hoses, power tools, and other tools to provide services to customers.
Review daily all production reports and sign Ensure that all renewal inspections due each month are inspected per our contractual obligations to our customers.
Ensure that all scheduled termite jobs and other services are properly treated and completed daily before any work is charged out.
Ensure that all callbacks are handled daily and scheduled for service and take priority over any other service.
Maintain a quality control system for service and sales in conformance with company policies.

V.
COMMUNICATION Lead and motivate technician team members to exceed customer expectations.
Training:
Product information, product application, inner office work flow and safety protocols.
Positively interact with team members, managing supervisors and CSR personnel as required to assure job instructions and daily routes are well defined and communicated to all parties involved.
Communicate service evaluations to individual team members.
Communicate and interface between corporate headquarters and branch location.
Hold weekly meetings of all supervisory personnel to review goal completions, set new goals, and solve problems that affect the smooth operation of your branch.
VI.
SUPPORT CORPORATE CULTURE Assist with duties of Service Managers, Office Managers and Customer Service Representatives as required.
Help and assist other branches when requested.
Cooperate and comply with requests from corporate office.
Hold certification requirements according to management's recommendations and expectations.
Attend Manager Meetings and Corporate Training as required.
Act as corporate ambassador with office staff and personnel.
VII.
DOCUMENTATION Complete production service completion and documentation using proper forms and documents in accordance with office and work flow procedures.
Submit paper work as required for job payment and processing.
Complete records, reports and budgets, etc.
according to recommended work flows for corporate compliance.
Submit report to supervising manager as required.
Notate any call-back or in-completed job details to reporting manager and/or CSR staff for further scheduling.
Write in a neat and legible fashion to document any findings after physical evaluation is completed using proper forms and documents according to office and work flow procedures.
Calculate figures and amounts:
Add, subtract, multiply, and divide with whole numbers, fractions, decimals, and percentages; calculate averages, ratios, proportions and rates; convert decimals to fractions; convert fractions to percentages.
VIII.
MAINTAIN ISSUED EQUIPMENT Requirements:
Excellent Communication Skills, Both Written and Verbal Valid Driver License Frequent Physical Exertion such as:
bending, kneeling, stretching, & carrying up to 50lbs.
Ability to Work Independently with Minimal Supervision Analytical and Organizational Skills Knowledge of PestPac, Paylocity, and Google Products is Preferred Pest and Termite Field Experience Exhibit computer, smartphone and iPad literacy with programs and aps such email, Excel, Microsoft Word, Adobe e-sign, etc.
Pass and maintain Applicator Licensure within state(s) of employment.
Attend annual recertification for licensure.
Continually build product knowledge by attending trade shows, conducting product literature reviews, and completing vendor online training.
Tidy grooming habits required.
Limited facial hair restricted according to OSHA respirator guidelines for safe use.
Adherence to company dress policy and company issued uniform program guidelines as laid out in employee handbook.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
