As an Operations Associate, you will be responsible for assisting with various tasks related to landscape maintenance and groundskeeping.
This is a hands-on role that requires the use of power tools, hand tools, and knowledge of lawn care techniques.
Duties - Perform landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, trimming, and edging lawns - Maintain garden beds by planting, weeding, and pruning - Irrigate plants and ensure proper watering schedules - Assist with the installation and maintenance of irrigation systems - Operate power tools and hand tools to complete assigned tasks - Conduct routine inspections of outdoor areas to identify any issues or repairs needed - Assist with general groundskeeping duties as needed Skills To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:
