Optimize the customer experience by demonstrating a thorough knowledge of Powersports products and delivering an efficient sales process to drive customers to purchase to increase dealership profitability and achieve sales goals.
Build and maintain customer relationships by accurately identifying customer needs and recommending products appropriately.
Identify prospective customers, facilitate lead generation and foster conversion.
Emphasize the features of products to highlight how they solve customer problems and be able to answer questions about all inventory.
Create relationships with new potential customers and maintain relationships with current customers.
Follow up with customers throughout the entire purchase process (lead, appointment, pre-purchase, post-purchase, etc.
).
Work closely with other dealership departments (F&I, Parts, Service) to maximize dealership profitability on each sale.
Selling the fun and exciting nature of powersports to customers.
