This is a full time office position in a small business environment with room to grow for the right person.
Experience in repair shop management and estimating preferred but training is available.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all administrative duties within the office - Communicate effectively with staff, clients, and vendors - Maintain office supplies and equipment inventory - Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and events - Handle incoming calls and emails, providing excellent phone etiquette - Assist with clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and record keeping - Coordinate office maintenance and repairs - Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Experience:
- Proven experience in office management or a similar administrative role - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Experience with vendor management and negotiation - Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload - Knowledge of event planning and coordination - Familiarity with Automotive Repair Shop management and estimating a plus As an Office Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
