The Client Care Specialist is responsible for managing the Juvenile Drug Court (JDC) program and quality assurance data in the Therapeutic Services division for NELA.
This includes but is not limited to:
managing the JDC program, attending court, maintaining and reporting records for JDC clients, maintain compliance for the JDC program, handle correspondence between CFCF and JDC program, complete client experience phone calls monthly, complete file review.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required in a human service related field, preferably social work.
Ability to communicate concisely and effectively, both oral and written.
Knowledge and understanding of computer word processing programs, e-mail and the internet.
ACCOUNTABILITY:
The Client Care Specialist is hired by the NELA Clinical Director.
The Client Care Specialist reports directly to the Clinical Director who is responsible for his/her performance evaluation.
Responsibilities:
Demonstrate acceptable level of commitment to the Core Values and Mission of the Therapeutic Services division.
Complete all necessary training.
Efficient in Word, Excel, and File Maker Maintain and update database(s) as per program requirements.
Attend court and report client updates.
Attend JDC weekly staffing meeting.
Professionalism that lends itself to working with court officials and personnel.
Report session information to JDC.
Collaborate with clinical staff on case updates.
Maintain all correspondence with JDC.
Conduct Client Experience phone calls.
Complete monthly file reviews and compile reports.
Attend staff meetings and assist in the evaluation of the program.
Complete work time sheets weekly.
Participate in performance evaluations of this position as directed by the Clinical Director.
Other duties as assigned.
Salary Range:
