Work is fully remote, however, preference to candidates local to LA/Orange County is preferable.
YOU MUST HAVE:
Experience working hands on with design Start Up experience, comfortable wearing multiple hats Developing brand and marketing strategies to support new product launches Strong project management and organizational skills Strategic mindset with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Shopify, Hubspot or Salesforce, Smartsheet Beauty, cosmetics and/or skin care experience is highly preferred ROLE
Responsibilities:
Report to VP, Marketing Create and manage marketing collateral, proposals, reports, presentations, and other creative projects to help support the direct sales team and D2C marketing efforts Develop and implement marketing plans and strategies Conduct ongoing competitor and industry analysis Create visually captivating and on-brand designs for various marketing channels, including social media, website, email campaigns, print collateral, advertisements, and other promotional materials as needed Lead tradeshow brand implementation strategy, material management, and work with sales team to ensure brand consistent Interested?
