The successful candidate will be responsible for screening all incoming packages, mail, and other deliveries to ensure they meet company standards and regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities Receive and process incoming packages and mail Screen packages and mail for prohibited items Manage and maintain the screening process, including regular training and updating of procedures Report and document any suspicious or illegal activities to management and the appropriate authorities Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations related to screening and handling of packages and mail Assist with other tasks and projects as assigned by supervisor Maintain a safe and secure work environment for yourself and others Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Prior experience in package/mail screening preferred Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to stand, sit, and/or walk for extended periods of time Benefits Health Care Plan (Medical, Dental & Vision) Retirement Plan (401k, IRA) Life Insurance (Basic, Voluntary & AD&D) Paid Time Off (Vacation, Sick & Public Holidays) Family Leave (Maternity, Paternity).
