Major
Responsibilities:
Create CLLI codes based on Telcorida JA-18 naming standards in CLONES
Create and maintain CLLI codes and frame codes in internal systems: MSS, CIRAS, TIRKS, OmniVUE, and NBIE
Process requests from Engineering using CATT
Monitor CLLI, FL mailbox, process requests as needed
Use LOSDB to search existing CLONES data
Critical thinking is a must
Assist with NIC Conversion clean-up/CLLI creations & changes
Ability to work independently and with a team
Experience with the following systems:
CIRAS, MetaSolv, TIRKS/CPG, CLONES, LOSDB, CATT, OmniVUE, NBIE,

Qualifications:
Be a self-starter and able to work under limited supervision to accomplish a wide variety of tasks.
Have strong communications skills, which includes the ability to structure and convey ideas and information, both verbally and written, in a concise, effective and persuasive manner to bring clear understanding to the target audience.
Have the ability to work well within a group and demonstrate high personal work standards and ethics in all assignments and customer interactions.
Be able to identify and analyze customer needs, interact with customers, peers and other business units to bring quick resolution to problems.
Utilize Word to edit and save business documents and reports.
