Lead Process Analyst - Network Affiliate Processes

# Job Description
This CenturyLink Lead Process Analyst position will have responsibility for supporting Network Services by providing expertise and documented processes for affiliate work. The Lead Process Analyst will provide methods and procedures that allow CenturyLink to operate as one company while maintaining regulatory compliance with Network transactions and processes.
Job Responsibilities
Provides support with documented processes, methods and procedures, and job aids for Network Services that explain how to perform work while adhering to affiliate process rules
Analyzes existing affiliate processes and identifies how to streamline and eliminate unnecessary job steps and/or transactions to improve network cycle times
Analyzes new CenturyLink product and service introduction to ensure no affiliate roadblocks exist before deployment
Analyzes customer and infrastructure orders that are stalled or delayed because of affiliate process gaps, designs better processes and solutions, and then implements those solutions
Ability to work cross departmentally to resolve affiliate issues involving Network, Sales, Regulatory Compliance, Legal, Network Operations and Access and Carrier Management
Facilitate solving complex, diverse and technical process issues
Consults with and makes presentations with recommendations to middle management on affiliate process improvements
Job Qualifications
Experience and understanding of CenturyLink affiliate processes and regulatory policies
Section 251 Collocation
Commercial Floor Space and Power
Access Service Requests (ASRs)
Circuit ordering between affiliate companies
Knowledge of CenturyLink Local and National network architectures
Knowledge of CenturyLink Local and National products and services
Knowledge of CenturyLink Local and National systems and system interfaces
Self motivated with strong management and leadership skills
Provide clear written documentation and presentations - able to do presentations to large audiences
Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio software tools
Bachelor degree or equivalent education and experience. 5
years of related experience.
